Screw Plug Immersion Heaters
Threaded NPT screw plug heaters installed directly through the tank wall or bottom flange. High watt density heating for parts washers and process tanks. Available in 120V, 240V, and 480V.
Over-the-Side Drop-In Heaters
Hairpin or U-bend element heaters that hang over the tank lip. No tank modifications required — perfect for passivation tanks, acid baths, and retrofits.
Flanged Immersion Heaters
Heavy-duty flanged heaters bolted directly to tank walls or bottom flanges. Ideal for large-volume industrial process tanks requiring high total wattage.
Coil / Bayonet Heaters
Helical coil or bayonet-style heaters for large process and rinse tanks. Provides uniform heat distribution across the entire tank volume.
